Role Purpose

As a Customer Service Assistant at our Brownstown retail outlet, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience through friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful service. Your daily tasks include supporting the Shop Manager and team in efficient store operations, ensuring high standards, processing bets, and providing excellent customer care.
