About the Role
TalentPop supports rapidly expanding e-commerce brands in strengthening customer connections that fuel sustainable growth. We emphasize customer retention as a key element in achieving long-term business success. We seek skilled professionals passionate about customer relationship management and retention to join our dynamic remote team.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement multi-channel retention initiatives using email, SMS, and rewards programs designed to boost repeat purchases and deepen engagement.
- Analyze customer behavior to determine signs of potential churn and develop targeted strategies to retain these customers.
- Create, launch, and refine personalized win-back campaigns to reactivate lapsed customers.
- Oversee loyalty program operations, optimizing enrollment, engagement, and reward redemption.
- Support subscription brands by enhancing onboarding, renewals, and cancellation processes to maximize retention.
- Monitor critical retention metrics such as Customer Lifetime Value, purchase frequency, and churn rates while effectively segmenting customer data using CRM tools.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in customer retention, CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, or managing loyalty programs.
- Proven background in e-commerce retention strategies with familiarity in tools like Klaviyo and ReCharge highly valued.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret customer data, segment audiences, assess campaign effectiveness, and improve retention approaches.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or equivalent email/SMS marketing software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely across teams.
- Highly organized, self-driven, detail-focused, and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Requirements
- Access to a desktop or laptop equipped with at least an Intel Core i5 or comparable AMD processor.
- Reliable internet service providing minimum 25 Mbps upload and download speeds.
- A quiet, professional workspace conducive to video conferencing and uninterrupted work.
