About the Team
The Customer Experience team ensures smooth assistance across multiple product channels, including live chat, telephone, email, and video-based KYC verification. Their primary goals are prompt problem solving, enhancing customer satisfaction, and improving procedures by leveraging automation and data analytics.
Role Overview
In the position of VKYC Executive, you will conduct live video KYC verification calls, confirming customer identities strictly according to established standard operating procedures (SOPs). Effective communication, keen attention, professionalism, and swift judgment are key traits for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform live video customer verification via VKYC calls.
- Authenticate KYC documentation and detect fraudulent activities.
- Create a comfortable environment for customers during verification.
- Adhere rigorously to SOPs and maintain high quality standards.
- Manage verification calls efficiently and with accuracy.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer support or KYC verification positions.
- Proficient in English and Hindi communication.
- Familiarity with at least one regional language, preferably Telugu, Malayalam, or Tamil.
- Basic knowledge of computers, including internet use and Excel.
- Customer-oriented, proactive mindset with confident communication.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and open to night shifts.
