About the Role

We are seeking a well-organized and skilled Customer Care Consultant to join our Broome Trade Store, delivering exceptional customer service. This rare opportunity arises within a store known for its stable and experienced team, with the last hire made back in 2005. This position is perfect for a retail expert familiar with industrial supplies who can seamlessly integrate into our established community.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for customers through face-to-face interaction, telephone, and email communication.
• Offer knowledgeable guidance on a diverse range of industrial products.
• Maintain organized administrative records as necessary.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a supportive and positive team culture.

Candidate Profile

• Substantial prior experience in wholesale, trades, or industrial supplies environments.
• Strong and clear communication skills, both verbally and in writing, delivered with a positive customer service approach.
• Possession of a valid forklift license with practical forklift operation experience.
• Demonstrated proactive attitude, prioritizing team collaboration and effective communication.
