About the Role
Join Omson Developers Pvt. Ltd., a reputable company in the real estate sector, as a CRM Executive. This role offers a competitive salary along with attractive incentives and involves working 6 days a week from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture customer relationships with timely and consistent follow-ups.
- Address customer queries and complaints, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Accounts teams to facilitate seamless customer service.
- Keep customer records and CRM system information accurate and up-to-date.
- Support customers in tasks related to booking, payments, and updating documentation.
- Strive to maintain exceptional levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle.
Requirements
- A graduate in any discipline.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in CRM; experience in real estate is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office tools and CRM software platforms.
Working Hours and Remuneration
- Salary ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month, plus additional incentives.
- Daily work schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, six days a week.
