About the Role

The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing post-sales customer interactions in a real estate project situated in Virar. This role involves ensuring timely agreement execution, managing payment collections, coordinating with banks, maintaining effective communication with customers, facilitating smooth possession processes, and upholding compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the sole point of contact for customers after booking, addressing queries regarding payments, construction updates, documentation, and possession.
  • Coordinate Agreement for Sale processing with customers, legal, and sales teams; ensure collection, verification, and filing of documentation; monitor agreement progress to meet deadlines.
  • Manage payment follow-ups by sharing schedules and demand letters aligned with construction milestones; liaise with accounts for receipt issuance and ledger reconciliation.
  • Support customers with bank loan processes by providing builder NOC, required documents, and engaging with banks and financial agents to track loan sanction and disbursement against project milestones.
  • Provide regular updates on construction progress, official notices, and possession schedules through various communication channels including CRM, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Administer possession and handover by issuing possession letters, final demand notes, and clearance certificates; organize snag-list inspections and ensure all handover documents are completed and archived.
  • Register, monitor, and follow up on customer complaints to ensure timely resolution in coordination with internal teams until customer confirmation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM database records and generate reports on agreements, collections, loans, and possession status.

Eligibility

Applicants must hold a graduate degree in any discipline; preference given to Commerce or Management fields. Experience between 1 to 4 years in real estate CRM, post-sales functions, or customer coordination is required.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Strong coordination and diligent follow-up skills.
  • Understanding of real estate processes such as Agreement execution, RERA regulations, and possession protocols.
  • Proficient with MS Excel, MS Office Suite, and CRM software platforms.
  • Customer-focused with a practical, solution-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Work Schedule

The position offers an indicative annual package as follows: Junior CRM Executive (1–2 years experience) ranges from ₹200,000 to ₹320,000; CRM Executive (2–4 years experience) ranges from ₹300,000 to ₹450,000. The role requires working six days a week with one weekly off, operating hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM including mandatory weekend shifts.

Work Location

This role is based onsite at the project site in Virar, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
