Job Overview

As a Crew Member at Chipotle, you'll be part of an energetic team that prepares real food by hand daily, avoiding frozen or processed ingredients. This role provides comprehensive training across various positions — including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations — enabling you to gain versatile skills. Our team members play a crucial role in upholding superb customer service and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years

Compensation Details

Base pay ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, with additional earnings potential via digital tips. Actual wage depends on experience, skills, and education. Excellent benefits accompany the compensation package.
