What the Job Entails

As a Crew Member, you will be trained to confidently operate at various stations including grilling, cashiering, food preparation, salsa making, and food expo. No prior experience is required—whether you're enthusiastic about cooking or customer service, we welcome your participation. This role emphasizes preparing fresh food by hand daily without the use of freezers or microwaves. You will play a key role in fostering a friendly atmosphere and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Possess a passion for serving and assisting both customers and team members.
• Eagerness to learn extensive cooking skills.
• Be at least 16 years old.
• Effective communication in the primary language(s) of the work site.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranging from $17.60 to $18.60 depending on experience, skill level, and education.
• Tuition assistance offering up to $5,250 annually.
