About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food by hand daily across various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Deliver outstanding customer service that fosters a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Contribute enthusiastically as part of a team to uphold Chipotle's standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Expectations
- Possess a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor towards customers and team members.
- Have a genuine passion for service and helping others.
- Show eagerness to learn the art of cooking extensively.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) relevant to the work location.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay ranges from $17.60 to $18.60 based on experience, skills, and education, in compliance with local wage regulations.
- Tuition assistance up to $5,250 annually.
