Role Overview
As a Credit Control Officer at Accord212 Human Resource Solutions Private Limited located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, you will be responsible for managing customer credit assessments, facilitating timely payments, and coordinating across multiple departments to ensure effective credit control operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness and decide on credit applications following company guidelines.
- Monitor payment schedules and actively follow up on overdue invoices to ensure timely collection.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and company management to refine and enhance the credit control system.
- Develop and apply procedures to recover outstanding debts and initiate legal action when necessary.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to clarify invoice details and resolve payment issues.
- Address queries related to unpaid invoices from both internal teams and external parties.
- Record and allocate daily payment receipts within the accounting software.
- Provide relevant accounts data to various internal departments as required.
- Manage legal proceedings related to debt recovery including attending court sessions.
Additional Information
Salary ranges from INR 20,000 to 35,000 per month.
