About the Role
Accenture Song integrates creativity, technology, and business expertise to collaboratively address complex challenges in innovative ways. The team—composed of strategists, creatives, designers, technologists, and engineers—works together to transform ambitious concepts into tangible experiences.
As a Creative Technologist, you will be involved from the initial stages of idea formation, shaping concepts hand-in-hand with creative and technical colleagues, rather than merely executing pre-set plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert conceptual creative ideas into functional prototypes and proofs of concept.
- Investigate and experiment with advanced technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Augmented and Virtual Reality, real-time graphics, spatial computing, and connected devices.
- Collaborate closely with creatives, designers, strategists, and engineers during early project phases to bring ideas to life.
- Rapidly test new technologies, APIs, and tools to discover novel possibilities.
- Create demonstrations that make visionary ideas more accessible and concrete to clients.
- Communicate feasible technical solutions while encouraging innovative creativity.
- Present prototypes, experiments, and technological possibilities to client teams.
- Lead and conduct workshops on creative technologies both internally and externally.
- Work jointly with engineering teams to scale prototypes into fully developed products or interactive experiences.
- Share innovative experiments, methodologies, and tools within the broader Song community.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in creative coding and rapid prototyping, especially with contemporary web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and interactive frameworks.
- Experience engaging with cutting-edge technologies including AI/ML, AR/VR, real-time rendering engines, computer vision, interactive installations, and connected devices.
- An ability to swiftly develop tangible outputs from abstract ideas that can be directly experienced or tested.
- Strong understanding of design principles and user experience fundamentals, alongside engineering skills.
- Confidence and experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams including creatives, strategists, designers, engineers, and clients.
- Skill in demystifying complex technological concepts, making them comprehensible and engaging for various audiences.
- Capability to present work clearly and lead workshops tailored to diverse groups.
- Innate curiosity about emerging technological trends with a proactive approach to experimentation and innovation.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing prototypes, experiments, interactive projects, or technology-driven creative ideas.
- Previous exposure to agency, design studio, or consultancy environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A relevant degree is welcomed, though outstanding work and a creative mindset are prioritized over formal education.
