About the Role

Become a vital part of Evri’s Final Mile Team as a Courier Service Specialist based in Lincoln, England. This hands-on position requires you to work any 5 days within a 7-day week, ensuring smooth parcel delivery operations at delivery units, maintaining efficiency, compliance, and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the onboarding and allocation of tasks to new couriers to maximize operational effectiveness.
• Oversee parcel scanning processes, confirm courier readiness, and maintain compliance throughout the delivery workflow.
• Quickly identify and resolve local operational issues like late arrivals, scanning delays, or missing parcels to prevent escalation.
• Utilize the Service Tracker tool to issue clear and prompt escalations when necessary.
• Assist couriers with manifests, route clarifications, and operational inquiries.
• Provide daily updates and feedback to the Territory Manager aimed at improving overall performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Current UK driving licence is mandatory.
• Familiarity with the self-employed courier business model.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment focused on customer service operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional organization, and keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication abilities and the aptitude to detect and escalate potential risks swiftly.
