Role Overview
As a Courier, you will move specimens, supplies, and reports safely and efficiently while maintaining punctuality, professionalism, and reliability. You will also represent the LifeLabs brand on the road and contribute to the community-facing reputation of the organization.

- All company vehicles are equipped with telematics for driving monitoring
Key Responsibilities
- Transport specimens securely and on time, protecting sample integrity while working across rural and urban routes and different driving conditions during both daytime and evening hours.
- Act as a professional representative of LifeLabs and create a positive experience at each interaction.
- Use LifeLabs systems to complete online training, review readings, check email, and submit timecards.
- Address customer situations courteously and with a high standard of service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- A valid full driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- At least 3 years of driving experience while holding a full valid licence.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Capability to follow a fixed route schedule.
- Flexibility to work varying hours and adapt to sudden shift changes.
