Overview

This role involves assisting customers in choosing jewellery items, providing outstanding customer service, and driving sales while maintaining product security and showroom standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and support customers throughout their visit.
• Demonstrate and describe jewellery collection details.
• Convert customer inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Promote additional and complementary products to increase sales.
• Ensure the counter is well-presented and products are securely stored.
• Assist in billing and ensuring smooth delivery of purchased items.
• Adhere strictly to showroom procedures and security protocols.
• Meet assigned sales goals and nurture customer relationships.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration for this position ranges between INR 10,000 and INR 20,000.
