Job Overview
We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to handle qualified leads generated by our calling team and convert them into successful business transactions. This position involves B2B sales of corporate gifting products and services, working directly with corporate clients to identify their gifting needs and close sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up on qualified leads provided by the internal calling team.
- Analyze corporate client requirements related to gifting occasions such as festivals, events, employee recognition, and bulk purchases.
- Offer appropriate gifting solutions and present proposals tailored to corporate clients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals within set deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure product availability, customization options, and smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain precise documentation of leads, communications, and successful closures using CRM systems or sales reports.
- Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience in business-to-business or corporate sales, preferably within the corporate gifting sector.
- Proven ability to close deals stemming from qualified leads.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
- Capacity to comprehend client needs and provide customized gifting solutions.
