What success looks like

You will be responsible for building candidate pipelines, keeping communication flowing between candidates and stakeholders, and moving applicants through the process efficiently. The position also requires careful documentation and accurate onboarding support.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, internal teammates, and business partners to hire the best-fit talent.
• Source candidates through multiple channels to create a strong volume of applicants.
• Run phone screens and manage the process from initial sourcing through offer stage, while helping ensure a smooth onboarding handoff.
• Record interviews, candidate updates, offers, and feedback in the applicant tracking system (Avature).
• Complete onboarding paperwork and candidate disposition tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

Candidate profile

• You are self-driven, goal-oriented, and persistent in reaching ambitious targets.
• You communicate well and build relationships effectively.
• You are open to coaching and perform well in a metrics-based environment.
• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.

• 0 to 2 years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong customer-first mindset.
• Comfort working with modern technology and recruiting systems.
• Must be willing to work 100% in office.
