Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Corporate Fundraiser to develop and enhance partnerships with corporate donors, CSR teams, foundations, and institutional collaborators. The role suits individuals experienced in B2B sales and CSR fundraising who thrive on establishing impactful corporate relationships to advance social causes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and maintain a comprehensive database of potential corporate donors.
  • Secure CSR funding from a diverse pool including large corporations, SMEs, international foundations, and multilateral organizations.
  • Establish and cultivate long-lasting connections with existing and new corporate partners.
  • Meet annual fundraising objectives through strategic donor acquisition and effective account management.
  • Promote donor loyalty, identify upselling opportunities, and stimulate ongoing engagement.
  • Create tailored proposals, presentations, and funding requests for partnerships.
  • Represent the Foundation at corporate gatherings, networking events, conferences, and industry forums.
  • Plan and manage Employee Giving Programs, cause-related marketing, and workplace fundraising initiatives.
  • Oversee employee engagement activities, including volunteering events, school visits, payroll giving schemes, and fundraising drives.
  • Produce comprehensive donor impact reports and ensure timely communication with partners.
  • Maintain detailed donor account records, dashboards, and analytics to measure partnership effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee successful implementation of partnership obligations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Possess at least 3 years in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, CSR fundraising, business development, or institutional fundraising.
  • Minimum 1 year dedicated to CSR fundraising or acquiring corporate donors.
  • Proven ability in cold calling, lead generation, conducting client meetings, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Strong capabilities in relationship management and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Competent in handling multiple donor accounts while consistently fulfilling targets.
  • A passion for leveraging corporate partnerships to drive social impact.
