Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Oversee and analyze the activity of Fleet Partner Riders assigned to specific zones, detecting and reporting any suspicious or potentially fraudulent behavior to the Supervisor for further action.
- Support daily compliance operations by ensuring Fleet Partner Riders adhere strictly to platform rules and standard operating procedures.
- Implement anti-fraud measures during live operations by identifying irregularities and promptly escalating concerns.
- Conduct frequent on-site audits and random spot checks across zones to validate rider conduct and operational adherence.
- Serve as a compliance liaison for Fleet Partner Riders, effectively communicating policies and expectations to ensure transparency.
- Support the comprehensive process concerning cancellation fraud at the rider level, including gathering data, maintaining documentation, and coordinating follow-up activities.
- Maintain detailed, current records on compliance issues, fraud incidents, and audit outcomes with thorough documentation practices.
- Provide consistent updates to Supervisors on compliance levels, ongoing cases, and noticeable trends on the ground.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support multi-team projects related to fraud detection and compliance control.
- Contribute to the refinement of fraud prevention and operational compliance standard operating procedures (SOPs) by reporting suggestions to management.
- Participate in special projects focusing on compliance and fraud, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Assist broader operations and other team duties as required by Supervisors or leadership.
Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
- Preferably 2 to 3 years of experience within the food or grocery technology sector.
- Advanced ability with Google Suite applications including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic; proficiency in Urdu is advantageous.
- Skilled in influencing and negotiating, supported by strong public speaking and presentation capabilities.
- Experience managing sizable teams, demonstrating strong people management aptitude.
