Coordinator, Financial Planning and Analysis

Job Overview

The Coordinator for Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will support the Director and Financial Analyst in various budgeting, forecasting, long-term strategic planning, implementation, and analysis activities within the financial department.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Excel-based files that define functional strategies and detailed objectives for the FP&A team.
• Maintain and analyze game-by-game revenue spreadsheets related to day-of-game earnings across multiple companies.
• Investigate and summarize deviations in game day per capita revenue figures.
• Perform revenue analyses, focusing on volume and rate correlations.
• Illustrate financial trends using graphs and data visualization tools.
• Collect data to support financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting to enhance operational efficiency.
• Format and prepare monthly financial statements for distribution to department leaders.
• Develop and regularly update revenue models, including integration with Oracle NetSuite ERP.
• Create and maintain monthly forecasts as well as detailed expense analyses across several departments.
• Establish and review Game Day Profit & Loss statements.
• Prepare files for upcoming fiscal year expense budgets and revenue projections.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with SQL is advantageous.
• Capable of working autonomously, juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
