Job Overview and Location
This position is for a Cook located at Ummahat Islands 2-3, Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. It is a full-time, non-management role within the Food and Beverage & Culinary category. This role is based onsite at the designated location.
Primary Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking by dividing, cutting, and storing them appropriately.
- Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
- Cook food adhering to recipes, quality, presentation standards, and food preparation checklists.
- Prepare cold dishes as required.
- Operate cooking equipment including ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
- Test food to ensure thorough cooking and maintain quality during preparation.
- Organize and clean food preparation workspaces.
- Serve food in proper portions and containers.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen spaces, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
- Monitor and verify appliance and food temperatures are correct.

- Report maintenance needs, repairs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
- Complete required safety training and certifications.
- Maintain a clean, professional uniform and personal appearance.

- Develop and sustain positive working relationships to support team objectives, listen to concerns, and respond appropriately.
- Meet quality expectations and standards consistently.
- Be prepared for extended periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, twisting, reaching overhead and below knees, and manual handling of items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Perform additional reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No licenses or certifications mandated.
