About the Role
This position sits within a client-site café and kitchen operation in Berkeley Vale, where you will support smooth daily service and contribute to a welcoming food service environment for onsite employees. The role is hands-on and combines food preparation, coffee service, counter support, cleaning, and general kitchen assistance.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and present food and drinks to a high standard
- Make coffees and support everyday café service
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service
- Assist with simple food prep such as sandwiches and light meals
- Keep the kitchen and café clean and hygienic
- Help out with general kitchen tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Background in hospitality, catering, cafés, or other food service settings
- Practical barista experience and confidence with a variety of coffee drinks
- Positive manner and strong customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to work well in a busy, fast-moving environment
- Strong focus on food safety and workplace hygiene
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 2:00pm, for 38 hours per week.
