About the Role
As a Contracts Management Executive (Process Associate), you will oversee daily contract management operations for specific engagements or accounts, focusing on IT and BPO contracts. This position involves maintaining comprehensive records of contractual documents, managing and tracking contractual obligations, and ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a centralized repository containing all contractual documents such as change orders, statements of work, and obligation artifacts.
- Systematically extract and monitor contractual obligations by categorizing them based on criticality, priority, and their impact on the business.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contract coverage and support are adequate.
- Collaborate closely with the Service Delivery team and action owners to guarantee adherence to contractual commitments.
- Respond to contract-related queries from engagement stakeholders, clarify contract language through research, and propose contract amendments to address any identified gaps favoring Capgemini as service provider.
- Draft, review, validate, and provide insights on work orders, project orders, and change orders; coordinate internally from initiation to execution of change requests or amendments.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Experience ranging from entry level up to 5 years in contract management.
- Familiarity with major components of outsourcing contracts and complex contractual structures.
- Understanding commercial and service level aspects specific to IT and outsourcing contracts.
- Proficient in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing contract documents, identifying critical terms and associated risks.
- Capability to interpret contract language, provide recommendations, and manage contract deliverables and post-execution administration.
- Experience with contract management software platforms and tools.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required.
Educational Qualifications
