Consultant TechnologyOne - Talent Pooling

Role Overview

We seek Business Consultants to join our team, collaborating directly with clients to analyze various strategies, evaluate solutions, and apply the most effective approaches to fulfill client requirements efficiently.

Key Duties

• Assist clients in defining their business requirements.
• Provide support with business issues and improvements.
• Conduct gap analysis between client needs and TechnologyOne software capabilities.
• Strategize and manage deployments within the business applications team.
• Design, implement, and deliver solutions to optimize business functions and enhance client experiences.
• Create change requests for enhancements where necessary.
• Ensure clients maximize the value from their TechnologyOne systems by working closely with resources.
• Contribute to improving in-house delivery methodologies.
• Help clients simplify, optimize, and modernize their business applications.

Working Conditions

• Permanent full-time or part-time employment options.
• Work can be performed from any location across New Zealand.
• Occasional business travel may be required.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum 2 years of consulting experience with TechnologyOne or similar user experience.
• At least 2 years designing and implementing business systems, specifically with TechnologyOne Core Enterprise Suite (CES), with knowledge of CI and CIA mandatory.
• Experience with TechnologyOne Financials, HRP, or Property and Rating systems highly advantageous.
• Proven capability in documenting functional specifications and requirement artifacts.
• Skilled at analyzing customer requirements, understanding needs, and advising on software investment leverage.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Experience building strong client relationships.
• Familiarity with TechnologyOne technical tools such as XLOne Reporting and BPA’s preferred.
• Confident delivering both face-to-face and remote training to diverse audiences.
• Strong teamwork orientation and client relationship focus.
• Alignment with company values and self-motivation with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• A passion for continuous improvement.
• Tertiary qualification relevant to the field.
