Key Responsibilities

• Oversee product configuration specifications and promote accuracy in sales order configurations.
• Establish, track, and update critical performance metrics.
• Liaise with various stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, New Product Introduction (NPI), Special Coordinators, Engineering Services, Order Administrators, Manufacturing, Master Schedulers, and Variant Configurators.
• Preside over meetings and manage PCS documentation such as KMAT models, KMAT Phantoms, KMAT BOM, pricing structures, configuration rules, and product descriptions.
• Ensure correct setup of new materials and Bills of Materials (BOMs) and verify configuration options are accurate and ready for Variant Configurator (VC) modeling within SAP.
• Collaborate with VC Modelers for data accuracy in Variant Configurator; conduct validation and testing of VC adjustments in SAP and live production by generating quotes.
• Lead order review meetings to confirm sales order precision with proper configurations.
• Manage and maintain accuracy of the C point database and oversee weekly Material Requirements Planning (MRP) data loads.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience managing order configurations, document control, engineering, or planning management is advantageous.
• Understanding of MRP processes and proficiency in software tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP, and Power BI is beneficial.
• Strong analytical abilities accompanied by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of thriving as a team player, self-motivated, adept at working under pressure with a strong sense of urgency.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced workplace setting.
• Ability to firmly enforce configuration management policies.
