Job Overview

Anitech Solution is seeking a diligent and responsible individual to join their cyber cafe team as a Computer Operator Cum Shop Assistant. The role involves a combination of basic office and promotional shop duties within the cyber cafe environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform print, scan, photocopy (Xerox), and lamination tasks.
• Assist customers with online form submissions, both government and private sectors.
• Handle English and Bengali typing assignments efficiently.
• Support online government-related services such as Aadhaar updates, PAN card processes, Voter ID services, and ticket bookings.
• Carry out fundamental computer operations and interact politely with customers.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong command of English, especially reading and typing skills; Bengali typing knowledge is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
• Comfortable navigating online portals and general internet usage.
• Polite demeanor with eagerness to learn new tasks.
• Freshers are welcome; prior cyber cafe or similar experience is a plus.

Work Schedule and Location

• Full-time position based at the cyber cafe.
• Choose one of two shifts: either 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM, or split shift from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

Compensation

Monthly remuneration ranges between 5000 to 10000 INR.
