Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance related to Maharashtra state regulations including labour licenses and contract labour licenses.
• Maintain all necessary statutory registers and records.
• Manage processes concerning Employee State Insurance (ESI) and Provident Fund (PF) updates.
• Handle PF claims and transfers efficiently.
• Coordinate and support statutory audits.
• Conduct statutory compliance training and induction sessions for store HR teams.
• Manage contract vendor adherence to statutory requirements.
• File periodic returns as mandated under various labour laws.
• Register employees under the ESIC act and handle claims and benefits under both ESIC and PF acts.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be skilled in labour law compliance focused on Maharashtra jurisdiction and familiar with statutory audits, filings, and employee benefits administration related to ESIC and PF.
