Position Overview
2-Work is seeking a dedicated Community Leader to join our new site in Accrington, with a focus on creating an outstanding member experience in our flexible workspace environment. This full-time, onsite role merges hospitality, operational management, and community engagement to foster a welcoming and productive atmosphere for all members.
About 2-Work
We are a rapidly expanding flexible workspace provider with locations in Leeds and Wakefield, now launching our inaugural North West site in Accrington. Our workspaces emphasize collaboration, work-life balance, and professional growth for both startups and established companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for members and visitors, delivering a warm and professional greeting.
- Develop and implement sales strategies collaboratively with Property Consultants.
- Drive membership referrals and efficiently manage available suites along with a pipeline of inquiries to maximize conversion.
- Organize and facilitate community events, networking meetings, and other engagement activities.
- Oversee onboarding for new members to ensure a smooth transition.
- Address member inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage daily workspace operations, including hospitality services.
- Participate actively in both internal and external events that promote member attendance and engagement.
- Conduct workspace tours for prospective clients.
- Foster member retention through strong relationship management and excellent service.
- Identify and promote opportunities for additional services and memberships.
- Maintain accurate accounting for monthly membership revenue.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Executive to monitor budget control and business performance KPIs.
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the workspace.
- Carry out scheduled health and safety inspections effectively.
Candidate Profile
- Experience preferred in serviced, sales, or hospitality sectors.
- Demonstrated service-oriented, sales, and commercial background within property or facilities management.
- Proven leadership and management skills within a hospitality setting.
- Capability to inspire and lead teams to achieve consistent high performance.
- A strong ethical foundation emphasizing integrity and honesty.
- Comfortable working with financial data, including profit and loss statements and accounting systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
