Commercial Terrain (Banque)

Overview

We are looking for a field sales professional for a banking subsidiary focused on card payment and payment solutions, to support the growth of its merchant network and strengthen its market presence in Agadir. The role calls for someone energetic, target-driven, and able to build long-lasting commercial relationships with professional clients.

Profile

• A Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree in commercial management, business management, sales, marketing, or a related field is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in banking, payment services, card payment solutions, or a related sector, preferably in a field sales position.
• Proven background in prospecting and developing business in the field.
• Experience managing B2B and/or B2C clients, with strong exposure to professionals, merchants, very small businesses, and SMEs.
• Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
• Very good communication and relationship-building abilities in French; English is considered an advantage.
• The ideal candidate works independently, is highly results-oriented, and genuinely enjoys field-based work.
