Commercial Account Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Commercial Account Executive to become a key member of our Wicklow-based team. This role focuses on managing and expanding a well-established portfolio of commercial clients by delivering customized insurance solutions that meet their needs, while maintaining high levels of customer service and client retention.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and cultivate relationships with an existing set of commercial insurance clients.
• Develop long-lasting partnerships by offering expert advice and professional support.
• Identify opportunities for additional insurance coverage and cross-selling within the current client portfolio.
• Engage with insurance providers to negotiate favorable policy conditions, competitive pricing, and efficient claim resolutions.
• Prepare and deliver renewal proposals, new business quotes, and policy documents to clients.
• Maintain adherence to all relevant regulatory guidelines and internal company policies.
• Provide an exceptional level of customer service consistent with Campion Insurance's values.

Qualifications and Experience

• Between three to five years of experience in commercial insurance account management or brokerage roles.
• Possession of professional qualifications such as CIP, MDI, or ACII.
• In-depth understanding of Ireland’s commercial insurance landscape.
• Proven record in managing client relations and retaining business.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and organization.
• Competency in Microsoft Office and insurance-related software platforms.
• Capability to perform well independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
