About the Role
The College Counselor supports students as they prepare for life after school. This includes guiding them through college admissions, helping them explore career directions, and introducing other educational pathways that may fit their goals. The role involves partnering with students, parents, and teachers to build a tailored plan that aligns with each student’s academic strengths and future ambitions.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a similar discipline is usually expected.
- A master’s degree is preferred.
