About the Role
Skyrise Credit And Marketing Limited is seeking a Collection Team Leader for their Delhi office. The role is full-time and based on-site, focusing on debt recovery and client coordination within a desk job environment. Ideal candidates will possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience and be proficient in both Hindi and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle collection calls and maintain direct communication with clients.
- Keep accurate records of follow-ups and address any customer queries.
- Support the financial recovery process strictly from an office setting.
Requirements and Eligibility
Applicants should have prior experience between 1 to 2 years in customer communication and recovery follow-ups. Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory. The position requires strong discipline and confidence when interacting with clients.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this role ranges from INR 20,000 to INR 34,500.
