Job Overview
Rapaio Technologies Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Collection Team Leader based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The primary responsibility is to manage an in-house telecalling team consisting of 25 to 30 members, ensuring all assigned collection targets are met without any field collection duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a telecalling team of 25-30 personnel focused on collections.
- Manage interactions with high-risk customers to resolve outstanding accounts effectively.
- Work closely with Collection and Bucket Managers to coordinate collection activities.
- Oversee and ensure the continuous follow-up on dialer calls whenever necessary.
- Drive team productivity and intensify follow-up efforts to meet or exceed targets.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Prior experience in collection processes is essential.
- Background in Banking, NBFC, or Fintech sectors is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and a South Indian language.
