Job Summary
Debtcare Enterprises Pvt Ltd is seeking a full-time Collection Executive to work across Maharashtra. Immediate joining candidates are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Handle collection operations efficiently.
- Maintain effective communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Utilize MS Excel and MS Office for documentation and reporting.
- Employ strong negotiation tactics and consistent follow-up to ensure timely collections.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum education required: 12th pass or graduation preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in collections.
- Possession of a DRA certificate is mandatory.
Working Conditions
- Work location: throughout Maharashtra.
- Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Weekly off: Fixed on Sundays.
- Immediate joining preferred.
