Collection Executive / Officer

Job Overview

This position involves managing the entire collection process for an allocated portfolio of loans. The role requires direct interaction with customers and dealers to ensure timely payments and maintaining accurate reporting for management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete collection activities for the assigned loan accounts.
• Conduct onsite collection visits at electric vehicle dealerships and customers' premises.
• Ensure timely deposit of payments to bank branches within specified turnaround times.
• Focus particularly on customers who have not yet initiated payments and conduct daily visits to delinquent accounts.
• Maintain daily productivity reports and share detailed analyses with senior management.
