Overview
Coca-Cola's Franchise Operations team oversees partnerships with bottlers to ensure smooth functioning of the franchise model, aiming for brand excellence worldwide. Their focus remains on growth acceleration, operational efficiency, and alignment within a global partner network.
Role Summary
As a Franchise Operations Intern with Coca-Cola Ignite, you'll gain practical experience managing complex projects that deliver tangible business results. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining strong relationships with franchise bottling partners.
- Support execution of strategies aimed at expanding growth and increasing market share.
- Work alongside operations and sales teams to improve product distribution and marketing efforts.
- Perform analysis on franchise performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the creation of training materials and programs that promote operational excellence.
- Engage in strategic projects enhancing the franchise business framework.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, management, or a related discipline.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship available.
- Available to commence work from October 1, 2026, committing approximately 36.25 hours per week for a 12-month duration.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm for Coca-Cola's brand and values, paired with curiosity, agility, creativity, and passion for impactful learning in a high-performance, diverse workplace.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, embracing inclusivity and teamwork with a talent for relationship building.
- Possesses foundational knowledge of franchise and operational business concepts, exhibiting leadership, project management prowess, attention to detail, initiative, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
