Role Overview

This role is a unique leadership opportunity as a Co-Founder and Equity Partner working closely with the Founder. The role involves full ownership of business operations and steering growth initiatives to scale the company effectively. It requires both strategic direction and operational management, with an expected capital investment of ₹5,00,000 to ₹10,00,000 indicating long-term partnership and shared benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development by pitching and managing relationships with D2C brands, FMCG companies, and advertising agencies across India.
• Lead operational activities including campaign management, creator onboarding, and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of client campaigns.
• Contribute to strategic planning focusing on long-term growth, revenue modeling, and new monetization opportunities in the creator economy.
• Co-manage financials, including operational budgets and resource allocation in collaboration with existing leadership.

Candidate Profile

• Entrepreneurial experience such as building startups, managing agencies, or leading growth teams, ideally within influencer marketing, digital advertising, or media sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of the creator economy, social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube, and relevant digital marketing metrics.
• Hands-on approach with capability to close deals, manage clients, and lead teams independently.
• Willingness and capacity to invest ₹5,00,000 to ₹10,00,000 for an equity stake reflecting commitment and partnership.
