Key Responsibilities

• Set the venture’s strategic direction, including ideal customer profiles (individuals, teams, agencies), pricing strategies, and product positioning.
• Drive customer development by expanding engagement from internal partners to external users, validating retention and monetization, and developing go-to-market strategies led by creators.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to launch and refine the first version, prioritizing information extraction, thematic clustering, and draft content quality.
• Lead capital fundraising efforts at seed stage supported by FutureSight’s network.
• Build and lead the founding team while establishing company culture.

Desired Founder Profile

• Prior experience founding or co-founding a venture-backed startup.
• Proven success in B2B SaaS go-to-market roles, including sales and customer engagement.
• Strong fundraising capabilities with experience in crafting investor narratives and securing investment.
• Track record of attracting, developing, and maintaining high-caliber team members.
• Clear understanding of the challenges and demands inherent in co-founding a venture-backed company.
• Direct experience in the creator economy, marketing technology, social media platforms, or knowledge work tools, along with familiarity with AI agents and large language models (LLMs).
