About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Field Service Engineer to join a growing team providing support across the UK for advanced CNC pressbrakes and laser cutting machinery. This position involves installation, maintenance, and repair tasks delivering high-quality customer service on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain CNC pressbrakes and laser cutting equipment
- Identify and fix mechanical, electrical, and software related problems
- Provide excellent customer assistance at client locations
- Operate independently in the field with support from the technical team
Candidate Requirements
- Background in engineering, ideally mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics disciplines
- Strong practical problem-solving abilities and hands-on approach
- Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
- Motivated to learn; comprehensive training will be provided
