Club House Manager

Role Overview

As a Club House Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient management of daily operations within the clubhouse and its recreational facilities. Your leadership will extend across various amenities including the gym, swimming pool, mini theatre, indoor games area, multipurpose court, and children's play space.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of Housekeeping, Security, Technical, and Vendor staff to maintain smooth clubhouse functioning.
• Respond to resident inquiries promptly to provide outstanding customer service.
• Organize and execute community events and programs that foster resident engagement.
• Oversee budget management, prepare MIS reports, handle inventory, and assess vendor performance for operational efficiency.
• Ensure all clubhouse operations comply with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company standards.
• Maintain service quality and strive for operational excellence throughout the facility.
