Role Overview

The Clinical Specialist is pivotal in delivering comprehensive product training, clinical education, and real-time procedural support for PROCEPT Robotic Systems. You will optimize operating room processes, provide troubleshooting, support installations and updates, and drive procedure efficiency across designated accounts.

Close collaboration with sales teams will help identify opportunities to increase utilization and ensure account retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product training and clinical education for surgeons, clinical staff, and new system users.
• Provide live procedural support to maintain efficient operating room workflow with precise setup and troubleshooting.
• Assist with installations, system updates, and in-service technical support.
• Manage procedural scheduling to enhance case coverage and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Sales teams to identify growth opportunities and ensure retention of surgical accounts.
• Collaborate internally to elevate program efficiency and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support marketing and training initiatives, including event preparation and presentations.
• Collect and communicate clinical insights to Marketing and R&D for product and program improvements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of case logs, expenses, and administrative records using Salesforce and central repositories.
• Monitor and document surgeon progress, ensuring completion of onboarding and competency benchmarks.
• Travel up to 75% to provide comprehensive regional support.

Success Metrics

• Achieve assigned regional quotas via utilization and procedural growth.
• Improve operational scheduling effectiveness, including initiatives like AquaDays.
• Deliver high surgeon satisfaction through excellent support and engagement.
• Ensure clinical outcomes meet high safety and quality standards.
• Expand the number of trained and active surgeons within accounts.
• Increase procedural volume per account and per individual surgeon.
• Ensure successful onboarding and proficiency milestones are met by surgeons.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred 2 to 4 years of clinical experience.
• Keen interest in medical devices and robotic technologies.
