This opportunity is for an experienced clinical researcher who can support the training of AI models. The work focuses on checking how AI chatbots perform, assessing their reasoning, and troubleshooting issues that help raise model quality.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- English fluency at a native or bilingual level.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of cell biology, genetics, biochemistry, and experimental methods.
- A Master’s and/or PhD that is current, in progress, or completed is preferred, though not mandatory.
Payment and contract details
Payment is processed through PayPal, and the platform handles any currency conversion from USD. You will never be asked to pay any money. This is an independent contractor arrangement, and only candidates based in Canada will be considered.
