Clinical Data Manager - START

Role Overview

START Dublin is committed to giving patients access to early phase clinical trials. The Clinical Data Manager will function within a multidisciplinary setup to aid in the achievement of START Dublin's clinical research objectives following Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

Primary Responsibilities

This role entails managing all data-related tasks for oncology clinical studies, which includes precise transcription of information from clinical notes into electronic or paper Case Report Forms according to study protocols and GCP standards. The individual will coordinate with Clinical Research Associates from pharmaceutical companies, Contract Research Organisations, and Cancer Trials Ireland to meet sponsor timelines and guarantee the smooth operation of clinical trials. Additionally, the position involves undertaking various administrative responsibilities connected to clinical data capture, management, and safety reporting.

Team and Support

The Data Manager will collaborate closely with and receive support from the current START Data Management team, also offering cross-coverage assistance as needed.
