Key Responsibilities

• Handle and address all client inquiries and needs effectively.
• Obtain briefs from clients and accurately relay them to the creative and studio teams.
• Ensure all creative outputs are completed and sent to clients promptly.
• Monitor internal processes to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients to provide project updates.
• Compile and distribute monthly reports and presentations for clients.
• Ensure thorough documentation, approvals, and communication records are maintained.
• Develop and sustain a professional and positive relationship between clients and the agency.
• Facilitate coordination among clients, creative teams, and management for seamless project execution.

Eligibility

Applicants must hold at least a graduate degree in any discipline.

Compensation

Offered salary ranges from 250000 to 350000 INR annually.
