Client Service Coordinator

About the Role

Rentokil Boecker Saudi Arabia is seeking a motivated Client Service Coordinator to join their team. This role is designated exclusively for Saudi Nationals and focuses on providing outstanding service through handling customer communications and ensuring prompt follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer requests received via phone, website, live chat, WhatsApp, and email.
• Accurately record all customer queries and potential sales prospects into the ICABS system.
• Assign prospects to specific Sales Consultants for each branch and notify them promptly via email and WhatsApp.
• Conduct follow-up within 24 hours to confirm the progress of customer visits, surveys, quotations, or conversions into sales.
• Report any delays or unaddressed tasks to the Branch Manager and the Area Sales Manager.
• Maintain meticulous records and uphold excellent customer service standards.

Requirements

• Applicant must be a Saudi National.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Demonstrated strong communication and customer care abilities.
• Skilled in computer use with great attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Open to university students, recent graduates, or candidates seeking flexible part-time work.

Work Conditions

• Part-time schedule: 4 hours daily across 6 days per week, with split shifts.
• Hybrid work model combining office presence and remote duties.
