Job Overview
We seek a committed and articulate Client Relationship Executive responsible for managing client communications, nurturing lasting customer relationships, and ensuring top-tier satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through calls, messages, and emails.
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Keep customer data current within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth delivery of services.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to obtain feedback and update on services.
Requirements and Skills
- Female candidates preferred, with prior exposure to Customer Relationship Management or direct customer service.
- Exceptional oral and written communication capabilities.
- Strong ability to build and maintain interpersonal relationships.
- Competency in managing queries, complaints, and follow-up actions professionally.
