About the Role
Louis Vuitton Americas is inviting enthusiastic, inquisitive, and detail-focused individuals to join as Client Relations Fashion Interns based in New York City. This opportunity is ideal for students eager to gain practical experience in the luxury client relations sphere while advancing skills in client management, event assistance, gift organization, presentations, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain client profiles along with image folders across multiple platforms, including Facebook and Excel, ensuring data accuracy.
- Review client itineraries thoroughly to guarantee consistency and a flawless client journey.
- Assist in creating presentations by sourcing images and preparing decks for both internal teams and clients.
- Coordinate and monitor gift orders initiated by Specialists, managing packaging and related logistics.
- Handle requests related to Le Café from regional teams, supporting seamless client experiences.
- Facilitate virtual bridge arrangements for clients interested in visits to Louis Vuitton workshops internationally.
- Provide on-site assistance during relevant fashion and cultural events in New York, including preparation and management on event days.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver efficient and personalized client support.
- Perform various administrative duties, including document tracking and coordination to support Client Relations Fashion projects.
- Assist in coordinating vendor setups as needed.

Candidate Profile
Applicants should be undergraduate or graduate students studying Business, Fashion, Marketing, Communications, Retail Management, Hospitality, or related disciplines. Ideal candidates are curious, eager learners with an interest in luxury fashion, client service, event management, and relationship building. Essential qualities include strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency or willingness to learn Excel and PowerPoint. Candidates must be proactive, adaptable, collaborative, professional, discreet, and able to work well across teams. Previous internships or related work experience are advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation Details
- Undergraduate interns will receive $20 per hour.
- Graduate interns will receive $25 per hour.
Eligibility Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in a relevant field.
- Must be willing and able to work at the New York City office or relocate accordingly.
- Should commit to working up to 37.5 hours weekly from September 2026 through December 2026.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
Work Arrangement
This role requires on-site presence four days per week at the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office in Midtown Manhattan.
