About Our Facility
We operate a premium pet care center in Dubai, offering comprehensive services such as daycare, boarding, grooming, hydrotherapy, and specialized care for dogs and cats. Our commitment is to foster a nurturing, safe, and enjoyable atmosphere for pets while providing outstanding service and assistance to their owners.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, well-organized, and client-focused Client Experience Executive who will serve as the initial point of contact for our valued clients and their pets, representing our establishment with professionalism and warmth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers and cultivate strong relationships with pet owners.
- Oversee appointment bookings, manage client check-ins and check-outs, and supervise daily front office tasks.
- Arrange transportation logistics and effectively relay pet owners' instructions to the operations team.
- Maintain client communications through telephone, WhatsApp, and email platforms.
- Handle administrative tasks including invoicing, payment processing, membership management, and maintaining attendance records.
- Facilitate updates, sharing photos, videos, and follow-ups related to boarding, grooming, daycare, and hydrotherapy services.
- Ensure seamless liaison between front office and back-of-house staff to guarantee smooth daily operations.
- Address customer complaints in a professional manner and keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated passion and genuine care for dogs, cats, and animal welfare.
- At least two years of experience in receptionist, front office, administrative roles, or related fields; experience in pet care is an advantage.
- Strong ability to communicate and build rapport effectively with clients.
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, responsible, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive demeanor, friendly personality, and collaborative attitude.
