Louis Vuitton is looking to hire a dedicated, curious, and client-oriented Client Advisor to join their London store team. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and engage clients, creating a friendly and welcoming environment.
- Drive strong client relationships by offering personalized service, understanding their preferences, and anticipating needs.
- Possess comprehensive product knowledge across leather goods, apparel, accessories, and more to confidently present and explain product features, benefits, and brand history.
- Meet personal and team sales goals through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Ensure the sales floor is immaculate and products are attractively displayed.
- Use CRM software to capture client details, preferences, and sales history.
- Engage proactively with clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Organize and attend client events, building a loyal client network.
- Represent the Louis Vuitton brand professionally and passionately, reflecting its luxury image.
- Stay informed on fashion trends, luxury market developments, and competitors.
- Mentor and model positive behavior for newer team members.
- Comply with all company policies, including those related to sales transactions, inventory, and security measures.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with stock receiving, transfers, and inventory management as required.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably 2 or more years of experience in luxury retail sales.
- Proven record of meeting sales targets while delivering exceptional client care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging a diverse range of clients.
- Strong passion for luxury fashion, art, and culture.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Additional languages are advantageous.
