Position Overview
We are currently seeking committed and dependable cleaners to join our team in Melrose Park, NSW. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who thrive in dynamic settings, possess meticulous attention to detail, and take pride in delivering clean and inviting spaces for our clientele.
Work Schedule
Full-time employment with shifts from 10:00 PM to 5:30 AM, scheduled Wednesday through Sunday.
Key Duties
- Carry out general cleaning tasks to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Perform spot cleaning on furniture.
- Sweep and mop designated areas.
- Clean and maintain toilets.
- Collect and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Clean interior and exterior glass surfaces.
- Dust all accessible hard surfaces.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Proven ability to work well within a team environment.
- Capable of following directions and working independently.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Reputation for reliability and punctuality.
- Good knowledge of Work Health and Safety practices.
- Flexibility to work various hours including public holidays.
- Experience operating floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is advantageous.
- Must have valid work authorization in Australia.
