This full-time role involves working 40 hours weekly, including weekend shifts every alternate week, with compensation between $41,500 and $47,000 annually, which includes salary and shift premiums.

Primary Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Ensure elevators, lounges, laundry, and fitness rooms are maintained in a clean condition.
• Clean tenant units upon vacancy including bathrooms and kitchen appliances like ovens and refrigerators.
• Manage winter snow removal responsibilities.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned to support clean and safe environments.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Prior experience in professional cleaning is preferred.
• Capability to lift weights up to 20 kilograms, including trash bags and cleaning equipment.
• Strong reliability, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Excellent communication abilities and customer service orientation.
